Property Playbook ("this site," "I," "me") is operated by Yong Jia Tan, a licensed real estate salesperson with Rise Realty. This policy explains what personal data I collect through thepropertyplaybook.sg, why, and how it's used — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What I collect
Information you give me directly: when you submit an enquiry form on this site (for a floor plan, showflat booking, or pricing update), I collect your name, mobile number, email address, and — optionally — your budget range and which project you're asking about. This is sent to me directly and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how it's used and to measure whether ads bring you here. Specifically:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregated data on page visits, traffic sources, and general engagement.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tells me whether a Google ad click led to an enquiry, so I can tell which ads are worth running.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — same purpose as above, for ads run on Meta platforms.
None of these automatically collect your name, phone number, or email — they only tell me in aggregate that "a visit happened" or "a form was submitted," not who specifically, unless you separately submit the enquiry form.
How I use it
I use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, share the materials you asked for (floor plans, pricing, showflat timings), and follow up on your property search if you've asked me to. I use the automated analytics data to understand which content and ads are useful, and to avoid spending on advertising that isn't reaching genuinely interested buyers.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your personal data. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms (my website host) and forwarded to me via WhatsApp. Google and Meta process the automated analytics/advertising data described above under their own respective privacy policies, as data processors on my behalf, for the measurement purposes stated.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask me at any time to: tell you what personal data of yours I hold, correct inaccurate data, or withdraw your consent for me to contact you (which I'll act on immediately, though it may mean I can no longer follow up on your enquiry). To make any of these requests, WhatsApp or contact me using the details below.
Cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect analytics accuracy but won't prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry.
